Among the modern CNC milling machines in our machine park, there are traditional lathes, grinding, chiselling and milling machines. Our CNC horizontal machining centers equipped with rotary table, automatic tool changer and some also equipped with a pallet changer for more efficient production. We have CNC lathes with driven tools and y-axis.
Our component manufacturing plant have 5 CNC edge bending machines. We are capable up to 4m wide undertake bending, even with compressive force 320 tons with . Our advanced machines are extensive with tooling and software package Another plate among our forming machines can be found for sheet and profile rolling and stamping suitable for cutting, punching and punching equipment, tools up to 630 tons to compressive force.
In our painting factory we can handle spraying unique and serial products. The preparation made by shot blasting and washing. We also have conveyors and drying oven.
We have CNC flamecutter and plasmacutter machines. With also have CO2, and fiber laser cutting machines in our parts manufacturing plant. We can process on our plasma cutter maximum of 2m x 6m, on our laser cutters of 2m x 4m plate boards. On those machines we are capable of process plate thicknesses up to 50mm and 25mm, respectively. We can ensure continuous cutting, while our machines equipped with automatic pallet change system. Our technology is suitable for carbon steel, non-ferrous metals or for cutting coated (eg galvanized) sheets.
Our company has large qualified welding staff and great experience with welding. Also has several welding robots. Our welding equipments are modern and powerful. Each of our welding workstations has a flue gas extractor. We utilize ultrasonic inspection and visual inspection equipment of welds, with certified professionals. Our factory halls designed to have a welding cabins. Our welding robots have two workstations, equipped with a rotator and a manipulator.
One of the cornerstones of our production is modern machinery. It is no different with measuring instruments either. Our quality professionals performing their activities daily basis on state of the art 3D automatic coordinate measuring machines.
